Can you use proactiv twice a day?
  • I heard you shouldn't exfoliate everyday.
    mean if your using proactiv your exfoliating everyday because the cleanser or step one has microbeads that scrub away dead skin cells.. also your using it 2 times a day so exfoliate twice a day..


  • you should use it in the morning and night. I use it twice a day.

    proactiv sucks, just letting you know. have fun wasting your money.


  • The micro beads in the cleanser aren't that bad, I don't think it will hurt to use it everyday. I have a problem with my skin getting very dry if I use it twice a day, so I just use it once. I would start with twice a day, and go from there.
