  • I like to run things and I think I can do that well
    Coupons for restauraunts and groceries
    The economy and jobs going away . People don't have the money to spend.
    Sale & phone checks. Also mystery shoppers
    They are with a seasoned employee for several days, Then are observed by same for a couple more
    Stealing is the main thing. It doesn't happen often. One on one . Sometimes meetings. On a weekly basis or bi weekly or when they have a question.
    I try to treat them as I want to be treated. I involve anyone affected.
